Experience the Strength Camp Method firsthand in one of our high-energy, small-group classes!
The beginning of class offers an extensive, dynamic warmup, including stretching and mobility. This will ensure you're warmed up and ready to train.
After the warmup, we will enter the strength phase. This is where we'll begin lifting the barbell, perfecting our technique and building strength.Â
Once we finish the strength phase, we'll finish off the session in the speed phase, where we'll move through a multitude of different exercises at a quick pace. This will be our finisher for the day and put your conditioning to the test!Â
Each session is led by one of our world class coaches, who will guide you through the workout and make sure you know exactly what you're doing, safely and effectively.Â
